By using ByteMeter, you agree to these terms.
Using the app
ByteMeter shows mobile and Wi-Fi usage based on statistics from Android. It needs Usage Access to read those statistics. You can turn this permission off in Android settings at any time.
Only use the app on a device and with information you have permission to access. Keep your device secure and use the app in accordance with applicable laws.
About the numbers
Android’s usage records can be delayed, incomplete, or different from one device to another. Some usage may not be attributed to a particular app, and totals for a selected period may be approximate.
Your carrier or internet provider may measure usage differently. Check with your provider when you need an accurate account of your plan or charges.
Availability and data
ByteMeter is provided as is. Features may change, and the app may not work on every device or always have access to historical data. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, or losing your device may remove locally stored information.
The app is an informational tool. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for losses or charges resulting from inaccurate or incomplete usage information. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Stopping use
You can stop using ByteMeter whenever you like. You can revoke Usage Access, clear the app’s data, or uninstall it. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not remove statistics stored separately by Android.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The date on this page will be updated when they change.
